• helping out with replying customers support questions (science related questions)
• working together with our team to improve and optimize our customer support procedure

You should be an active member of the various online hair loss communities and bring along experience and knowledge within the field (e.g. hair loss treatments, ongoing discussions, hot topics, etc.).
